Hi, I’m Yusuf Sheikh. I began my fitness journey when I was overweight. I struggled with low body confidence and low energy levels throughout the day, and I found it challenging to stay consistent. The shame of looking in the mirror before a shower, along with the difficulty of balancing health and a busy life, felt overwhelming and confusing.

Trust me I’ve been there…

Things changed for me when I committed to understanding the science behind fitness. After all, there is a reason for how you currently feel—it’s often the result of years of a sedentary lifestyle and poor eating habits. Through what i learnt from trial and error I saw my body fat decrease while I built muscle and gained confidence through my progress. This journey ignited a passion in me to help others who are going through similar struggles from months and years without support and clear guidance.

Now I coach busy professionals in Slough who want real, lasting results without turning their lives upside down. With all the conflicting advice online, I know how confusing it can be. That’s why I keep things simple. No crash diets, no keto, no crazy restrictions — just realistic strategies, proper support, and a plan that fits around your life. My goal is to help you get in your best shape, feel confident, and stay that way for life.
